1)For the sake of safety, this machine should be connected with the safe and reliable ground device well. Proper power switch, fuse and leakage protector (5~ 10A) should be installed at the mains. Otherwise, don’t use the baker. If connector socket is used, three corners should be connected with 5~10A standard connectors.

2)Power supply and voltage for the machine should be in line with its parameters.

3)Electric connection, installation and maintenance should be performed by professionals who hold Electrician Operation Certificates.

4)This machine should be placed in clean, dry and well-ventilated places. It should operate smoothly. Keep it over 20cm away from the incombustible substance[*1].

5)It is advisable that the relative humidity indoors should be not very high. Otherwise, the insulation performance will be reduced. Install air exhausting device if necessary.

1)Stuffing: red bean paste, mung bean paste, jujube paste, pineapple paste, purple rice and Chinese yam. It may be processed as per the local tastes. Anhui style vegetable stuffing may be practical in the northern part.

2)Paste: soft wheat flour 375g, egg 375g, soft sugar 280g, salt 3g, baking powder 5g, SP: 28g, water 188g and salad oil 48g.

2.Add the soft wheat flour and baking powder after screening and mix them evenly.

4.Add the salad oil and mix them evenly.
